Cancelling is easy

There’s no contract and no cancellation fee — you’re always in control. You can cancel in two ways:

• From your account: log in to your client area and turn off automatic renewal for your service.
• By email: send a quick note to [email protected] from the email on your account.

Cancellations are processed within 24 hours. Your service stays active until the end of the term you already paid for.

You keep access until your current term ends — nothing is cut off early. If you change your mind, you can re-subscribe at any time from the plans page. Questions? We’re happy to help at [email protected].
