Setup Your Device

Firestick & Fire TV Setup

Before you begin: Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options and turn ON Apps from Unknown Sources.

Step 1: Install Downloader

Open the search bar on your Fire TV home screen and type Downloader.

Select the orange Downloader app and click Get or Download.

Step 2: Choose Your App

Open Downloader and enter one of the codes below into the URL bar, then click Go:

Type and click Go. Install and Open.

Click Add Playlist > Xtream Codes.

Enter your Server URL, Username, and Password from your welcome email.

Type (or try ) and click Go. Install and Open.

Select the TV layout, then choose Login with Xtream Codes API.

Enter a name, plus your Username, Password, and URL from your email.

iOS, Apple TV & iPad

XIPTV is beautifully designed for the Apple ecosystem, offering iCloud sync and native Apple TV support.

Search for XIPTV in the App Store and install it.

Tap the + icon to add a new playlist and select Login with Xtream Codes API.

Fill in the Server URL, Username, and Password from your welcome email and save.

Search the App Store for Smarters Player Lite (by WHMCS) and install.

Select XTREAM CODES (or XC API).

Enter any name, followed by your Username, Password, and URL.

Android TV, Shield & Mobile

Android devices have native access to the Google Play Store, making app installation very easy.

Open the Google Play Store and search for TiviMate IPTV Player.

Install, open the app, and click Add Playlist > Xtream Codes.

Enter your DragoTV Server URL, Username, and Password.

Search for IPTV Smarters Pro in the Play Store and install.

Select Login with Xtream Codes API.

Enter the credentials from your welcome email exactly as shown.

Windows PC & Mac

Visit the official IPTV Smarters website and click Downloads.

Select Download for Windows and run the installer. (If blocked, click "More info" > "Run anyway").

Open the app and log in with your Xtream Codes credentials.

Open the Mac App Store and search for IPTV Smarters Pro.

Install the app and select Login with Xtream Codes API.

Enter your URL, Username, and Password.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Why is my TV Guide (EPG) empty?

Sometimes the TV guide needs a manual refresh. If using IPTV Smarters, click the 'Refresh' icon or 'Update EPG' button on the main menu. If using TiviMate, go to Settings > EPG > Update EPG. Ensure auto-update is enabled.

I am experiencing buffering. What should I do?

Buffering is usually caused by internet fluctuations or ISP throttling. Restart your router and device. Connect via Ethernet if possible. If the issue persists, your ISP might be throttling IPTV traffic; a reliable VPN can help.

My login says "Invalid" or "Authorization Failed".

Double-check your credentials. Usernames, passwords, and URLs are strictly case-sensitive and must not have trailing spaces. If you recently upgraded from a free trial, you were assigned a new username and password.

I only see a black screen when selecting a channel.

This happens if the app's media player struggles with the stream format. Go to the app's Settings > Player Selection and try switching the default player to 'Hardware Decoder' or 'VLC Player'.

For Firestick, you must use the “Downloader” app to install the Drago App. Here are the quick steps:

Download “Downloader” App > Enable installation of “Unknown Sources” > Install Drago App and Log In

Step 1: Install the Downloader App

1. Open the search bar on your device.

3. Select the Downloader app as pictured below.

4. If you have previously installed this, choose Download. If this is your first time, click Get.

5. Downloader will begin to install.

6. When it has finished, you will get a notification in the lower right hand corner.

Step 2: Enable “Unknown Sources”

!! Before continuing, you must enable Unknown Apps within the Settings of your device if you haven’t already.

Go to Settings
Select My Fire TV
Scroll to Developer Options
Turn on Apps from Unknown Sources
Accept the warning message

With Downloader installed and enabled for Unknown Apps, we can continue with the quick installation of IPTV Smarters.

Step 3: Download IPTV Smarters Pro

1. Launch Downloader.

2. Click the URL Menu bar which will launch the keyboard.

3. Now, type 4515647 and click Go. If that doesn’t work, enter 250931

***If using 250931, scroll down and click download on IPTV Smarters Pro.

4. Wait for the page to load – this can take a minute or two.

5. Click Install.

6. You will then encounter the Ready to launch! message.

10. Click Done.

Installation is now complete. From your homescreen go to Apps > select “IPTV Smarters Pro” to open the app and login.

After installing, you may launch the application for use. First, you are prompted to select your layout.

Select TV and click SAVE.

You will have received an email from Drago (check SPAM) with your login details

Enter any name in the first box, then account information from email and click Add User. Note that if you had a trial and now have a subscription you will have a new username.

IPTV Smarters Pro Main Menu

While most will use IPTV Smarters Pro on their Firestick or Android TV/Google TV streaming device, there is also an iOS app that users can install directly from the Apple App Store.

iOS / Apple TV / iPad

How to Install IPTV Smarters on iPhone/iPad/Apple TV

1. Within the Apple App Store, search for IPTV Smarters and find Smarters Player Lite by WHMCS SMARTERS. Click Get. Must be this app**

2. Double Click the side button to Install.

3. Launch the app and you will encounter the login screen. Select XTREAM CODES (or XC API).

4. You will have received an email from Drago (check SPAM) with your login details

– Enter any name in the first box
– then account information from email and click Add User.
Note that if you had a trial and now have a subscription you will have a new username.

GSE IPTV Pro (another option but is a paid app at $2.99 since AppStore removed the free ad version)

1) Search AppStore and Install: GSE IPTV Pro

2) Open GSE IPTV Pro and select Menu > Xtream Codes API

3) Click the plus sign in the top right corner to add account

Android Mobile / Android Box

Android Mobile / TV Box / Shield, etc.

How to Install IPTV Smarters

Android mobile devices are convenient for testing the service or even watching content – while Android Boxes and other devices like Shield are excellent for watching content.

Smarters IPTV Pro | GSE IPTV (free or pro ad-free versions available)

Smarters IPTV Pro

1) Download and Install HERE (you may need to enable developer permissions to install apps not from play store)

2) Open IPTV Smarters Pro > select login with Xtream Codes API >

3) You will have received an email from Drago (check SPAM) with your login details

– Enter any name in the first box
– then account information from email and click Add User.
Note that if you had a trial and now have a subscription you will have a new username.

Input your login credentials and you can access your content. Enjoy!

GSE IPTV

1) Download and Install from the Google Play Store: GSE IPTV (or GSE IPTV Pro)

2) Open GSE IPTV Pro and select Menu > Xtream Codes API > Click the Plus icon to add your account

3) Enter the UN, PW, and URL from your account login email. Note – enter URL exactly as show including the “s” in https.

4) Once in your account, select the option for the “New API” to properly load the channelsIPTV Pro

Mac / PC

Mac

Mac is convenient for testing the service or even watching content. This company is the only one who occasionally goes through the store and removes some IPTV apps. Therefore, we will update this area as necessary to provide up to date information. If your mac app ever stops working, check back here!

How to Install IPTV Smarters on PC

Those who prefer to use the application on a Windows PC can easily install it using the guide below.

1. Visit the IPTV Smarters Official Website and click Downloads at the top of the page.

2. Click Download for Windows.

3. Wait for the application to download.

4. You will then see download notification at the top of the page. If you see the “download blocked” message, select it.

5. Choose download unverified file.

6. Select the IPTV Smarters download file.

7. Wait for the application to install.
