What content is included?

All plans come with:

  • All major networks and streaming channels (around 7,000 QUALITY channels)
  • As well as a huge library of tens of thousands of yesterday and today’s greatest Movies and Series!
  • Sports leagues included on all packages as well. 
  • Top PPV events included in all packages. 
  • The top tier plan also includes 100s of “Adult Channels” and around 50,000 Adult videos. 

To top it off, we always are open to content requests and will update it if we can find it!

How do I start service?

To start, simply order a trial or subscription from the homepage. You will then need to download and log into our app –> Instructions HERE

How do I cancel?

We hate to see you go – but if you need to, cancelling your service with us is super easy! You can cancel service immediately from your account HERE

Or you can each out to us at [email protected], requesting cancellation and it will be processed withion 24 hours.

What is your Refund Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your service we will issue a refund for the remainder of your payment term and cancel your service for you. 

Refunds issued are sent to the original form of payment. Processing times ary by bank but generally arrive within 1-5 business days.

How does the subscription work?
 
What if I am having issues installing the app?

How can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

Yes! Simply email us at [email protected]

Let us know what email was used to signup and what plan you wish to move to.

I have a Channel/VOD not working correctly

Though we are the best in the industry, please note that as with any IPTV service there is sometimes some of this happening. You may also try a different device/app combination. If it still happening after a few hours/days, please report it to [email protected] so we can check to see if it is something that can be repaired. 🙂 

Troubleshooting

General Troubleshooting 4 “R”s for issues:

1.) refresh:
– Channels/Movies: Live TV > click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner > Select “Refresh Channels, Movies, and Series
2.) restart device and app
3.) reinstall app and try to login again
4.) restore (factory reset) if Fire Stick and previous steps did not work and try to login again
EPG (Program Guide) Not Working?

Live TV > click the 3 dots in the top right-hand corner > Select “Refresh TV Guide” or “Refresh EPG”

How to save APP to Firestick/FireTV Homepage?

Firestick (Android Boxes are similar)

  1. From your home screen, make sure you are in the “Your Apps & Channels” row
  2. Scroll all the way to the right and select “SEE ALL”
  3. Find the App and press Options on your remote to select “Pin to Front”
